SyncroCal is a dashboard that lets you merge unlimited calendars across Gmail, Apple, and Outlook. Simply add your calendars into the SyncroCal dashboard, decide how you want data to be shared across accounts (e.g. full data vs. blocking time out as "Busy") in addition to customizing which accounts sync (syncing 2-way, 1-way or not at all) across your different calendars.

The best part? While SyncroCal is a fully functional calendar platform, once you set up your preferences in our back-end, you can utilize your Google, Apple, or Outlook platform, just more efficiently! 

SyncroCal works across Google, Apple, and Outlook calendars.

1) Create your SyncroCal.account
2) Within the dashboard, you can add unlimited calendars to merge.
3) Set your sharing preferences for each added calendar.

Congratulations! Your accounts are synced. While SyncroCal has full calendar features (adding events, sending invitations), SyncroCal is designed to be a back-end management tool. Set it up once, close it, and enjoy using your existing calendars according to your custom syncing preferences.

Note: To protect your privacy, SyncroCal can not edit or alter your original event data. If you need to edit an event that has been merged by SyncroCal, simply click the links in the Note section of your app to log-in, access the specific event and make adjustments.

No. SyncroCal integrates back into Google, Apple and Outlook so once you have set your preferences, you can revert back to using your primary calendars.

With SyncroCal, you can sync unlimited Google, Apple, and Outlook calendars at no additional charge.

We request read/write access to your account’s calendar and corresponding email address to enable your account synchronization.

SyncroCal is an encrypted platform. We simply integrate your data, with your permissions, onto the calendars of your choice. We do not sell or share your data.

SyncroCal is just a platform to define your syncing preferences. Once this is complete, you will be able to see your sync'd events on your current calendar based on the permissions and preferences you defined.

Within the dashboard, you can view your events across multiple timezones and send event invitations from a designated calendar including a link to a Teams or Google Meet.

Note: To send a Teams link, you must select a Microsoft email account to trigger the link.

We are updating SyncroCal in the near future to include the ability to see who has been invited to your events and who has accepted, declined or remains tentative.

Currently, SyncroCal is a desktop only experience. Stay tuned for mobile availability in the future!
